Lovely little apartments. The room was very clean and spacious for a studio. The bed was also surprisingly comfy for 2 singles together. It was nice to have a bathroom that you could move around in and the shower was great. We stayed for 2 nights as we were attending an event nearby, although if it wasn't for that I'd probably choose a locations closer to transport. The receptionist was also very nice and helpful. Had a great stay. Thank you 😊

The highlight of my stay was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff (reception and housekeeping) especially Fida, who I witnessed helping a very short tempered and unreasonable guest, all while maintaining a friendly, clam and professional demeanor, and then immediately offering me exceptional customer service, whilst I imagine feeling quite unsettled

Absolutely fabulous!! The room was very comfortable. We love the inclusion of a stove top and cooking equipment for preparation of meals! Staff are very helpful and friendly. Late "check-in" was hassle free (we arrived after midnight). Gym was available for guests! We loved Quest so much that we are looking to use them again!

The staff were exceptionally helpful and the room pretty soundproof and very clean. Everything you need for a night or a week. You need to be aware there is no lift in the building so book ground floor if unable to do stairs. Hot water good in shower but does fluctuate with temperature even with a short shower.

Quick check in process - call made by staff was made earlier to confirm stay. Air-Con was switched on when we get in the room. Room appears to be clean. Washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Mattress nice and firm. Would rate it a 9 if shower pressure is strong.
